EXTRA:

Wears a glove on her right hand and never takes it off when others could see it. This glove is waterproof and she hides a photo of her family in it.

She is extremely clumsy. She gets into trouble of it way too often and awkward things around her always happen, also she is not only clumsy in moving and doing things, -her mouth seems to be a little faster than her brain too.

Loki never really learned to talk properly to people or to behave good, so she's naturally not a smooth talker and some people might call her rude.
Sometimes she pays a lot of attention to her environment, sometimes she’s just daydreaming.

Loki loves to brag about just for fun and usually speaks up for herself or others.
In an awkward or embarrassing situations (into which she often gets herself) her creativity is completely vanished and she will panic.

Her views on life and moral often conflict with those of the wealthy, for example she does not see stealing from the rich as a crime, because it is already "stolen" from the poor.

Religion is something she doesn't want to think about too much.

She hates war and the king, for what these did to her family, but she does not seek revenge. She believes that the Fade is the fault of the King and not the fault of the people following him so she has no prejudice against human mages.

No problem with approaching strangers, but normally does not start conversations without a reason.

Can act really flirtatious if it’s not serious. Good at using this as an advantage.

History:

Loki was born in the region of Valia (Abelardus) as the third child of a fisher and his wife. Her mother died shortly after she was born and so she was raised by her father and her two big brothers Cain and Teru (which were about 8 years older). They lived in the poorest area in whole Valia and she had to help her father fishing and selling the catch.
She learned to hunt with a spear and her elemental magic and to read and write from her brothers, two really charismatic and energetic twins. They always were her role models.

When the war started she was still at a very young age and her father and her two brothers were forced to fight. When they left, she had to live on the streets and beg for food.
As the conditions for all of the people in the whole region became worse quickly she also began to steal food and hunt her own fish to survive. She had a natural talent in lock picking and breaking into houses, but the reason she was often caught was her clumsiness.
The war went on and the people began to be even more frustrated and unfriendly than before. Repeatedly harassed and threatened like junk by the people around her, she started to move between areas of Valia, never finding a place where she was accepted - or at least just ignored. It only got worse when she wandered into the better areas with middle class people, but that gave her the chance to steal more food and as she became slowly emotionally unstable with the years passing, she started to train spear fighting and controlling water again and also learned theory by sneaking into libraries in the night. She was mainly interested in reading books about weapons, fighting, tactics and elemental magic.
Her goal was to make her family proud of her when they come back and to make herself feel a little bit better and safer in the rough world she lived in.

When the war was over the situation for her didn't change at all and her family did not came back. Frustrated she decided to move on and change her life to the better. Now she is wandering around Valia on the way to, trying to find a purpose in her life.

RELATIONSHIPS

Father (NPC) - A caring old man who loved Loki a lot. Forced to go fighting in the war. She never saw him again. Probably dead.

Cain and Teru (NPC) - Her older brothers. Were her role models.

Rowan - Loki's first companion ever. She met her when she tried to steal her sword, but failed. Rowan forgave her and they decided to help each other out. The same day they encountered a monster of the Fade. Loki still believes that Rowan is a man, but knows about her soul magic.
Loki:"Nice guy, never thought he would forgive me that stealing attempt... I really like him, he seems to be different from the other men I met, though "different" in a strange way."

Pallas - A chimera girl, which she met in/and escaped from prison .
Loki: "She's older than me? Well, uh, she's nice."

Ziel 'Crescent' - A thief she encountered while stealing in a big manor.
Loki:"Who does he think he is? Scumbag!"

Kaya - A chimera girl she bumped into a few times. Loki is always compelled to start conversations around that girl.
Loki:"A bit weird, that girl, ...but really cute."

Iris - A wealthy human she "helped out" as an assistant after "insulting" her.
Loki:"The woman of knowledge wants me to carry her stuff and clean her kitchen, fine, as long as I get paid..."

Zan - A chimera who was Iris' guest. A little bit strange, but seems to be okay.

[+]STRENGHTS/[-]WEAKNESSES

Thievery:
[+ Lock picking] - She is a natural talent in using a pick lock or similar tools to open closed doors, safes and other lock protected things.
[+Observing] - She is patient in observing her subjects and memorizes their attitudes fast. She knows when it's the right moment to steal and when not.
[+Carrying and selling] - Loki can hide a lot of stuff in the inside pockets of her jacket and can carry a lot of stuff too if necessary. She is able to get rid of her stolen goods fast and for a good price, without attracting attention.
[-Being still and sneaky] It's her clumsiness fault and the reason for her to often fail. She would be a perfect thief if she wasn't like that. She's too loud and/or obvious while breaking into houses or pick pocketing.

Survival:
[+Hunting: Water] - Practice makes perfect. She was teached to hunt with a spear for fish at a young age.
[+Cooking] - The same as above. If you do something often you get better - and Loki eats often.
[-Hunting: Land] - She's bad at it, again her clumsiness.
[-Crafting] - Well, she can't craft, all her trials fail.
[-Using the environment] - It's the same at crafting. She would be a horrible pathfinder. She doesn't know when weather is about to change, where to find places or how to recognize animal tracks and wandering paths, etc...

Social:
[+Attracting weird/perverted men] - Yep, that just happens automatically, so it's not really a "+", but she sometimes uses it to gather information/better prices/etc.
[-Getting known to people] - She avoids talking to strangers. She hates pushy people and never tries to start a conversation out of nothing.
[-Being emotional - When somebody cries/etc she doesn't know what to do. Often, she doesn't notice feelings of others or interprets them in a wrong way.
[-Flirting] - She can't flirt it always ends up in her feeling awkward. When she likes somebody, she will show it. Against her will - it just happens.

Fighting/Magic:
[+Speed: Short distances] - Fast on short distances.
[+Regeneration/Healing] -She heals and regenerates rapidly and she is able to take much damage before she faints.
[+Fighting: Spear] - Her favorite weapon of choice. She uses it since her childhood. She prefers simple fishing type spears.
[+Water(Magic): Land] - Her secondary weapon. She is still not particular good in it, but she tries.
[-Water(Magic]: Water] - She's not very good using her magic when diving. Too much water in her way hinders her.
[-Fighting: Other] - Other weapons don't work so well for her...

IMPORTANT: Her clumsiness is her most prominent flaw. It hinders her in fighting and thievery a lot. (Didn't wanted to mention it too often x_x but it affects everything in her life)
